OUR STORY
It all started with the challenges we both faced in finding a great fitting jean.
We soon discovered that every woman had a similar story... “I took 20 pairs of jeans into the fitting room and none would fit!” “All the jeans I try on fit in the hips but have a huge gap in the waist." “Most jeans are way too low in the front and back..." the list went on and on.
My husband, Emilie’s father, is from Brazil. Through our many visits there over the years, we began to notice the way in which Brazilian women truly embraced their curves. Brazilian jeans seemed to be made to fit every woman and above all, were designed to make her feel sensual and more confident about herself.
Together with our production partners in Brazil, we crafted our first jean, Jennifer, which is still a part of our collection. We took her on the road, doing jeans parties up and down the East coast and found that she fit almost everyone.
We continue to listen, learn and design jeans that not only look good on you, but make you feel even better. We use the most luxurious and innovative fabrics to create our super soft denim, and our only hope is that you love your jeans as much as we love making them.
